Systematic Storytelling for an artist

I designed a web platform for Dutch artist Natascha Hagenbeek. As a forecaster, she signals societal developments yet to come, and reveals those that counterbalance fixed systems and bring positive change to our world. Her work often explores the relationships between the five elements – earth, water, fire, air and space.

Natascha Hagenbeek develops short-term and long-term projects. She works on in-depth research, provides inspiration, documents and presents her work in various media. Therefore she needed a digital system that would integrate all these formats. 

I used my method Systematic Storytelling for developing the concept of the platform.

In addition to a long timeline (50.000 BC-present), the web platform provides filter modules for ‘inspiration’, ‘research’ and ‘projects’ – based on the three key elements of Natascha Hagenbeek’s working approach. Furthermore, all entries can be filtered according to specific topics and overviews.
