THE VISUAL REPERTOIRE OF OBAMA'S RUN
FOR THE WHITE HOUSE
An analysis of the visual diversity of the 2008 Presidential
Elections in America, for the Parsons Journal for Information
Mapping Issue 1, Volume 1, 2009. The Journal is a quarterly
publication on knowledge visualization theory and practice
by the Parsons Institute for Information Mapping,
New York (US).
The project consists of a visual timeline and an essay and
gives an indication of how ‘Obamania’ turned into a creative
movement, and, in fact, how breaking news is currently
communicated.
